Dungeons and Dragons Australia

For the love of dice

Chris

DnD players in South-western Sydney willing to take in a new recruit?

I've been looking around and have firmly decided I'd like to get into Dungeons and Dragons, with a focus on the roleplaying aspect. If there is anyone who would like to show me how to play and maybe even provide a group I could join in the South-western Sydne area (anything Campbelltown south really, even to the Southern Highlands) that would incredibly cool.

I know there must be players around here, but they seem to be hiding :)

Hi Christoper,
I live in campbelltown and going to run a game over the internet using msn messenger, skype or some other voip program and gametable there's a few of us interested in doing this as we all live around australia. If your new to d&d its easy to learn as were going to start will the basic rules and work our up from there. Thinking about holding the game on saturday nights. If your interested just get back to me and i ll give you more details.

Cheers

Sorry I'm a bit slow getting back to you, I've had a bit on my plate and wasn't checking emails.

That sounds cool!

I noticed from your other post that you're using 1st ED rules; that's cool with me but unfortunetly I don't know any of those rules and infact all I have is the 4ED $20 beginners set. Are those rules available for download, or can you buy them somewhere? (I get most of my hobby gears from the Toy Soldier in the CBD, would they have it?)

As a side note, I seem to have misspelled my own name! There should be a h in there, but at any rate it's usually just Chris so I'll change it to that.

If you can put up with a newbie I'm definetely interested, so get back to me with details when you can.
